No Show, Late, & Cancellation Policy
Please cancel or reschedule your appointments 24 hours before your appointment time to receive a full refund, with the exception of appointments that have a duration of an hour or longer. For appointments canceled within 24 hours, you will be charged 50%. For appoints that are an hour or longer, you must cancel or reschedule 48 hours before your appointment time to receive a full refund. If canceled within 48 hours, you will be charged 50% of the service total.
“No-show” appointments will be charged 100%. Within the context of a no show, the possibility of a same day rebooking will result in no additional charge.
If you are late to your appointment and have missed half the appointment time, your practicer may not have time to take or complete your service and you will still be charged 100% of the service price booked.
Menstrual Cycle & Personal Hygiene
Services are permitted during menstrual cycle. A clean tampon must by inserted, and the guest must refresh the tampon prior to service. Please be advised that guest may feel more skin sensitivity when being sugar/ waxed while on their menstrual cycle. If you should experience such discomfort and request to stop the service, you will still be charged for the service.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is of the utmost value to us, so at no time will we share your information with anyone, for any reason. Your personal information that is provided via consent forms, questionnaires, etc. are used for bookkeeping and our personal records only. At no time will there be any filming or photos of your services, unless you have given your permission to post your photo for portfolio portraits. At no time will your information be posted, such as your given name or social media usernames, unless you have given consent to doing so for portfolio purposes.
